Why do I need to book?

Because of the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are gradually opening our churches; as a result the number of people they can hold is far lower than usual, due to requirements of social distancing.

As spaces are limited we ask you to think of the welfare of our brothers and sisters.  Both of our parishes are limited to 24 stations. To maximise the number of people who can attend Mass we ask that you do not register for Mass every week so that everyone can have the opportunity to attend Mass.

The Sunday obligation remains dispensed with so there's no need to panic if you cannot get to a Sunday Mass.

In order to maintain safe social distancing in our church and to provide accurate records for the purposes of track and trace we ask you to book places at Mass.

If you have not booked your place and have not received confirmation from Teresa Bressington, please do not attend, you will not be allowed to enter the church.

All Hallows will be open for Mass at 9.15 a.m. on Sundays

A list of those eligible to attend Mass on a particular Sunday will be forwarded to Fr Allan for the stewards to check on entry.

If you wish to attend Mass:

Booking will be by telephone on a first come, first served basis.

Teresa Bressington for All Hallows on 07599 155418.

Phone calls and texts can be made between 11 am and 3 pm, on the Friday prior to the Sunday Mass.

Your contact information will be kept for 28 days and then deleted.

By registering to attend Mass, you confirm the following conditions are met:

You currently show no symptoms of Coronavirus

Should you develop symptoms prior to the service, you will not attend.

You agree to use hand-sanitizer as a condition of entry, and follow the instructions of the stewards

You must wear a face mask at all times removing it only to place the Sacred Host in your mouth. It is appreciated that this may be uncomfortable for some, but we have to consider the safety of everyone

It should be noted that there will be no toilet facilities available

You should arrive between 5 and 5 minutes before the start time of Mass

Please allow a steward to show you to your seat

Single registration enables you to book as an individual or as two members of the same household. Individuals will be sat socially distanced from others, but members of the same household will be sat together and social distancing from others

Family registration reserves two stations. With social distancing away from the aisles, two stations can accommodate a family of 6.Everyone must sit together and be from the same household.

People receiving Holy Communion are expected to approach with their arms outstretched so as to maintain a reasonable distance from the priest

You may only receive the Sacred Host in your hand and not on your tongue

You must then step to one side, and place the Sacred Host in your mouth then follow directions to leave the church directly, you will not be allowed to return to you seat, so please ensure you have all of your belongings with you
