By road from London, West Wales, Cardiff and all directions other than Merthyr Tydfil.

Take the M4 to Junction 32, the Coryton Interchange, where you take the A470 Northbound towards Merthyr Tydfil. (Or if starting from central Cardiff, pick up the A470 towards Methyr Tydfil and cross the M4.)

Take the FIFTH exit after the M4, which is signposted for the Pontypridd, the Rhondda Vallies and the Rhondda Heritage Park (A4058). Keep following the signs for the Rhondda Vallies and the Rhondda Heritage Park. At the Rhondda Heritage Park roundabout take the SECOND exit signposted Porth and Treorchy.  Follow signs for Treorchy/Tonypandy. As you come to enter Tonypandy, you will pass the Lord Tonypandy pub & carvery on your left.  At the roundabout take the SECOND exit signposted Treorchy (A4058).  At roundabout take SECOND exit signposted Treorchy (A4058).  At traffic lights pass straight through, passing ASDA on right.  At traffic lights pass straight through, passing Shell (Ivor Hael) garage on right.  At traffic lights, turn left signposted Treorchy.  At roundabout take SECOND exit (A4058).  At mini-roundabout continue forward signposted Treorchy (A4058).  At Pentre traffic lights continue straight ahead.  Welcome to Treorchy!  At intersection traffic lights continue straight ahead, then turn left onto Glyncoli Road (Red Lion pub is at the turn). The church is up the road on the left.

By road from Merthyr Tydfil.

Take A470 towards Brecon.  Leave A470 at A465 signposted Neath.  At crossroads continue ahead on A465 towards Neath.  At roundabout take SECOND exit signposted Neath (A465).  At roundabout take FIRST exit signposted Treherbert (A4061).  At roundabout take FIRST exit (A4061) and continue on road for approx. 9.5 miles as it brings you into Treorchy.  Look for the Red Lion pub on the left and turn left onto Glyncoli Road.  The church is up the road on the left.

Travel by Train

The church has no parking facilities; on-street parking only, which is very limited.  Treorchy train station is approximately a 4 minute walk. Trains to Treorchy run at regular intervals from Cardiff Central, taking approx. 60 minutes.

On arrival at Treorchy Station, leave heading towards the main road (Station Road).  Turn right onto Station road, then turn left at the traffic lights. Glyncoli Road is then the first left (Red Lion pub at the end).  Walk up Glyncoli Road, the church is on the left.
