Celebration of Mass

Mass is celebrated for the Treforest Campus at 12.15 on Tuesdays in term time, at the chapel at 20 Llantwit Road.

Mass is celebrated at the Glyntaf site on Thursdays in term time, in the chapel on the 1st Floor of the Tramsheds building.

On Sundays, no separate provision is made for the University; Treforest- and Glyntaf-based students and staff will find St Dyfrig’s Church to be their nearest Catholic Mass. If a Sunday evening Mass is required, look toYnyshir or Whitchurch (the nearest parishes by road), or take the train to Cathays (for the Cardiff Chaplaincy) or Cardiff Queen Street, for the Metropolitan Cathedral.

University members at the Cardiff Atrium Campus or at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama may wish to worship at the Cardiff Chaplaincy, at the Metropolitan Cathedral, or any of our Cardiff City churches.

University members at the Merthyr College Campus will find their local Mass at one of our Merthyr Churches.

Members of the Chaplaincy Team will gladly meet with Cardiff or Merthyr-based students at those sites on request.
